Acting as Employer's Agent and Contract Administrator, we provide clear, consistent contract administration and decision making. We manage change, valuations, certifications, and contract compliance. helping to protect the client's position and keep delivery on track.

Procurement and tendering

Planning and managing procurement routes and tender processes to secure the right team and value for the project. We advise on procurement strategy, manage tender documentation and evaluation, and support contract award.

Cost and commercial management

Cost planning, change control, and commercial oversight throughout the project lifecycle. We help clients set realistic budgets, monitor spend, manage variations and maintain commercial control through to final account.

Project management

Structured project management from inception through to completion, coordinating consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear responsibilities, effective communication, and timely decision-making. We manage programme, risk, and delivery to keep projects progressing efficiently and in line with the client's objectives.

Design and consultant management

Coordination and management of the design team and specialist consultants, ensuring information is developed in line with the project brief, programme, and budget. We manage design interfaces, responsibilities, and key deliverables to maintain progress and support informed client decisions.

Construction delivery

Hands-on management throughout the construction phase, coordinating contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain progress, quality, and commercial control. We monitor programme, manage issues, and drive actions through to completion, handover, and close out.

Program and risk management

Oversight of program and project risk throughout the development life cycle. We monitor progress, identify emerging risks support timely decision-making, and drive mitigation actions to maintain control and protect project objectives.
