Transformation of a 1950s villa into a luxury family home

The project involved the complete transformation of a 1950s three bedroom detached house into a five bedroom luxury family home. The property sits within a sensitive conservation setting, which brought additional planning and design challenges. Following a successful planning application, the scheme was comprehensively extended and remodelled to create a significantly larger, more contemporary family residence while respecting the character of its surroundings.

The works included a substantial two-storey extension, two additional bedrooms, an orangery and garden room, together with extensive internal remodelling and high-quality external finishes.
